The TJ-3 series internal combustion shovel loader is a commonly used model in large and medium-sized non-coal mines. It can work with 12-20 ton underground ore transport vehicles, and can also be used alone for chute unloading.

Currently, this series of products has two models, A and D, with diversified product configurations to meet the product needs of different working conditions, and is equipped with an independent sealed air-conditioned cab.

Optional configurations include automatic fire extinguishing, automatic lubrication, push plate bucket, etc.

TJ-3A is developed based on the technical benchmark of atlas ST-3.5, equipped with an imported MTU water-cooled engine, and the hydraulic system adopts a confluence design, with high reliability, stable and excellent performance, and easy maintenance.

TJ-3D is developed based on the technical benchmark of sandvik LH307, equipped with an imported VOLVO water-cooled engine, the working mechanism adopts a Z-shaped reversing six-bar device, high unloading height, and the control system adopts CAN-bus communication technology and electric signal control of the electro-hydraulic proportional pilot valve.

The travel system uses torque converters and gearboxes produced by DANA, and the drive axle uses products from DANA or Kessler, of which the front axle is equipped with a NO-SPIN anti-slip differential.

The hydraulic parts of the whole vehicle are imported products of well-known brands.
