The WJ-6 series underground internal combustion loader is designed and developed by our company in accordance with the Sandvik LH514 underground internal combustion loader. It is a 14-ton internal combustion loader specially designed for large and medium-sized underground metal mines.

This model has the characteristics of strong power, large shoveling force and traction force, and the product performance has reached the international advanced technical level. It is mainly suitable for the mining of underground metal mines, mainly for shoveling and transporting loose materials after blasting.

The power system adopts the original VOLVO water-cooled engine and is equipped with a platinum dry exhaust silencer and purifier from Canada's ECS company, meeting the third-stage emission standards;

The transmission system uses the torque converter and power shift gearbox from DANA in the United States and the drive axle from KESSLER in Germany. It adopts the braking form of spring brake hydraulic release and pressure oil cooling, which is easy to operate and runs smoothly;

The hydraulic system adopts electro-hydraulic proportional pilot control and variable pump system, and the hydraulic components use international brands such as Rexroth and Parker to ensure product quality;

The vehicle control system adopts CAN-bus communication technology, Fet electronic technicians, and the on-board display can display the operating parameters of the scraper in real time, and has fault prompt alarm and self-diagnosis functions. It is standardly equipped with a line-of-sight remote control system, and can be equipped with an automatic centralized lubrication system and Ansul centralized fire protection system.
