The TJ-4 series underground internal combustion shovel loader is a model independently developed by our company for use in large and medium-sized underground metal mines. It can be used with 16-20 ton underground ore transport vehicles to unload ore, or it can be used alone for chute unloading.

Currently, this series of products has two models, TJ-4 and TJ-4A. Both models use CAN-bus communication technology and digital signal control, and have functions such as central control screen display, fault prompt alarm and self-diagnosis.

TJ-4A uses a load feedback variable hydraulic system, which has a higher-end hydraulic system configuration and better energy-saving effect.

The power system uses an imported MTU/VOLVO water-cooled engine, equipped with a Donaldson air filter system and an imported exhaust purifier, meeting the third-stage emission standards;

The transmission system uses a torque converter and power shift gearbox from DANA of the United States and a drive axle from KESSLER of Germany. The braking form is spring brake hydraulic release, which is easy to operate and runs smoothly;

The hydraulic components use well-known imported brands such as Parker, MICO and Rexroth to ensure product quality;

The working mechanism adopts a Z-type reverse six-bar structure, with a larger unloading height and a wider range of applications.
